As a Battery & Robotic Mower Technician, you are the backbone of our commitment to providing advanced, eco-friendly garden solutions throughout the North of Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • You will diagnose and repair Husqvarna Automower® units, ensuring each one functions correctly according to manufacturer specifications.

  • You shall conduct regular maintenance checks on battery systems to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.

  • We expect you to provide exceptional customer service by explaining complex technical issues in an understandable manner without using industry-specific jargon.

  • You will be responsible for installing Husqvarna Automower® units at various locations throughout the North of Scotland, following precise guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • You shall stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in robotic mowers and battery systems through our comprehensive training programs.

  • We expect you to carefully manage inventory and order parts as necessary while keeping accurate records of all repairs and services performed.

  • You will use diagnostic tools and software provided by Strathbogie Forest & Garden to identify issues and efficiently resolve them.

  • You shall work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • You must possess a strong interest in and understanding of battery technology, especially as it pertains to robotic mowers.

  • You should have the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems with battery systems and robotic lawn equipment efficiently.

  • We expect you to stay current with technological advancements in the field of robotic mowing and battery maintenance through regular training sessions provided by us and our manufacturing partners.

  • You need to demonstrate excellent manual dexterity and mechanical skills for the repair and maintenance of Husqvarna Automower® units.

  • We require that you can communicate effectively with team members and customers about technical issues and their resolutions in an understandable way.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, troubleshooting procedures, and customer interactions regarding the servicing of equipment.

  • You should exhibit a commitment to safety protocols while handling battery systems and operating robotic mowing equipment during both repairs and testing phases.

  • We look for someone who is willing to contribute positively to our team environment by sharing knowledge, assisting colleagues, and actively participating in group learning initiatives.
