Responsibilities

  • You will carry out the installation of Commercial Automower® & Ceora systems across various locations in the North of Scotland, ensuring each setup meets our high standards for efficiency and reliability.

  • We expect you to conduct thorough site assessments prior to installations, identifying potential challenges and planning effective solutions to ensure optimal operation of the equipment.

  • You shall provide comprehensive training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their Commercial Automower® systems, empowering them to achieve the best results.

  • You will perform regular maintenance checks and updates on installed systems, proactively addressing any issues to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of the equipment.

  • We expect you to stay updated with the latest advancements in turf care technology and Automower® products, integrating this knowledge into your work to enhance service quality.

  • You shall collaborate closely with our sales team, providing technical support and assisting in the preparation of accurate and compelling proposals for potential clients.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all installations, services, and client trainings, ensuring data is accurately captured for future reference and compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • You must possess a strong understanding of turf care principles and practices, as this knowledge is crucial for the effective installation and maintenance of Commercial Automower® systems.

  • You should have hands-on experience with Automower® or Ceora installations, or a willingness to undergo comprehensive training provided by us to become proficient in these areas.

  • You need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently address any issues that may arise during the installation or maintenance process of Automower® systems.

  • You are expected to have good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients, ensuring clear understanding of installation requirements and schedules.

  • You ought to be familiar with safety standards and protocols related to outdoor power equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

  • We require you to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and dedication to completing tasks on time and to a high standard.

  • You must be willing to travel throughout the North of Scotland, as our commercial turf maintenance services extend across this region.

  • You should exhibit adaptability and flexibility, ready to tackle new challenges and learn about the latest advancements in turf maintenance technology.
