  • You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Forest, Groundscare & Construction products from our range of brands.

  • We expect you to stay updated on product knowledge across all our offerings, ensuring you can provide expert advice and support on tools and equipment from our approved brands.

  • You shall conduct live demonstrations of our products, explaining features, benefits, and proper usage techniques to potential buyers in a clear and understandable manner.

  • You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, tracking customer interactions and sales progress using our CRM system to ensure follow-up and closure.

  • We expect you to participate actively in training sessions and workshops, both as a learner and occasionally as a presenter, sharing insights and learning about new products from Petzl, ISC, DMM, and more.

  • You shall attend trade shows and industry events representing Strathbogie Forest & Garden Limited, networking with professionals and staying abreast of market trends.

  • You will work collaboratively with the after-sales service team to address any customer concerns or queries post-purchase, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • We expect you to contribute feedback from clients to our inhouse teams, helping us to innovate and improve our current offerings based on real user experiences.

Full Time Position


  • You must possess a strong familiarity with our brands such as Husqvarna, Stihl, Eliet, Grin, Cannycom, Stella, Petzl, ISC, DMM, Silky, Teufelberger, showing in-depth knowledge of forest, Groundscare, and construction products.

  • You should demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits to our customers, ensuring their needs are accurately met.

  • We expect you to have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product information and technology changes within our industry, maintaining our reputation for honest advice and quality products.

  • You need to showcase a proactive approach in reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that reflect our family-owned business values.

  • We require your commitment to continuous personal development, staying well-informed about the latest trends and advancements in our field to provide the best solutions for our customers.

  • You will be responsible for organising and conducting live demonstrations of our products, requiring an articulate presentation style and a confident handling of all equipment.

  • It is essential that you bring creativity to developing sales strategies tailored to our unique product range, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding our brand’s integrity.

  • You ought to display exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of addressing customer concerns and queries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
